Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your custom order and event date. Because each item is custom-made, payment confirms your booking and allows materials to be purchased immediately.

Fulfillment & Logistics
All Occasional T orders are delivered directly to the recipient. Delivery arrangements and tracking information will be provided once your order is completed. Many creations can also be shipped nationwide depending on size and design.

Absolutely, in fact Toni loves them! When you submit your quote request, there's an option to upload inspiration photos so we can get as close to your vision as possible.

Minor adjustments can usually be made depending on how far along the creation process is. Reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change and Toni will do her best to accommodate!
